Group Exercise Rooms
We offer programs for every interest, level and fitness goal. Our schedule includes a variety of formats (circuit, interval, group, etc.) utilizing different modes of training. Our fitness studio is equipped with wooden floors for cushioned support, variable lighting, and high-fidelity sound systems. The spinning studio is state-of-the-art and we have premium spin bikes utilizing the latest technology.

Whether you are a beginner or a fitness enthusiast we have something to fit your fitness needs. Our top-of-the-line facility has all the necessary components to make your workout an effective and enjoyable experience.
We offer everything from resistance and strength training, to free weights and multiple weight racks for those members who like to lift, and plenty of cardio machines to work up a good sweat!
Our friendly, experienced fitness staff can show you how to properly and safely use all equipment to maximize your workout.
- A large variety of smart technology cardio equipment to track your goals, including elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, stair climbers, rowing machines, and more
- A wide variety of strength-training equipment, such as cardio equipment, such as free weights, kettlebells, weighted bars, resistance machines, and more
- Suspension Training
- A three-lane, 1/8-mile indoor elevated track with rubberized surface and climate control
- Free weights, mats, medicine balls, cable equipment, rollers, and more
- Locker rooms and shower facilities
- Youth ages 13-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult when using the Fitness Center. Children 12 and under are not permitted in the Fitness Center.
